Repairs are going well on the #Amiga 1200 - cleaning up the rust is satisfying, even if it’s not seen. Wirewool and PTFE oil spray cleans & should limit further rusting. I should soon finally be able to get to the reason this was in for maintenance - a full recap & SSD upgrade!

@PMGilmartin hopefully I might convert you? The whole of these stairs are 4x coats, nothing else. Light sand with 320-400 paper between coats. "0000" wirewool with wax to finish. Same now as they were 3yrs ago. This kiddie climbing frame was 3x coats, same finish. Like glass at the end.
