made the mistake of booking a collection from Canada with @TNTExpress @FedEx yesterday, paid for it and OF COURSE nothing happened. It was not collected, no booking number forwarded but they have my money. I should have known better. Customer Service non existent. I knew better

THREE days working from home because @TNTExpress @FedEx have said that my parcel is "Out for Delivery". This would be ridiculous in any circumstance but add to the problem that the parcel is my #BRP and without it, I cannot fly back to my family to see my sick grandma.

Why are @TNTExpress (who hide on Twitter) so useless. Waited in all day but tracking said they took it back because the address was wrong - rubbish. No attempt to call me. Their chat service just cut the line because they had no answers. Use reputable companies like @parcelforce
