. @thetrainline I have just tried to change my password three times using 'forgotten password' - and it never works. I have tried 8 chars, 12 chars, 16 chars, all with one symbol. And it accepts, but won't let me sign in afterwards.

This. One thing I miss about working @ G was the culture of meetings finishing on time, and starting on time (subject to a very small bit of leeway for meeting room shuffles).

. @AmexUK if I make a payment with @monzo the completed payment is not shown in the app for some minutes. Making me think it's not made. I'm now down a lot of cash as I did two by mistake. Can't be repaid for 7-10, days apparently. Please fix this awful UX.

Oh dear lord. @NHSuk 'How was your recent hospital visit' SMS sent to my mother's phone. SHE PASSED AWAY IN HOSPITAL a week prior. Please don't do this.

. @AmazonUK I just logged into my late mother's account, spoke to chat asking them to close her account due to death. Response 'You are a valued customer this needs to be fixed ASAP". Then just told me to use the close account feature. This is a huge security no. Please review.

Wow, super impressed by the speed and efficiency of @VirginAtlantic cancelling flights after a family bereivement. Really felt that the #CustomerService reps listened with empathy, and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently - thank you.
