@vodafone_de Business-, Großkunden- und Keyaccountmanager kennen das in der Regel nicht und machen erstmal Tickets bei anderen/falschen Teams auf, bis dann irgendwer zufällig in seiner Freizeit mal ins Ticketsystem guckt und es dem richtigen Team zuweist. Falsches Ticketrouting kostet Zeit.
