Time to make some Jeep Cherokee (XJ) tcase linkage adjustment rods! This is the basic startup procedure for doing a batch on the W&S No2 Turret Lathe here in our shop garage. Proud to build parts here in the USA!

Rear suspension is installed. Have to fine tune pinion/t-case output angles to ensure parallel. Then time to pull the engine and trans/tcase and start on the front half of the vehicle. New front suspension, steering, frame restoration, brake & fuel lines inbound.

@Real_Adam_Clark It’s funny you mention losing the driveshaft and tcase. I did that a few years ago in my 2000 F-250. Hauling 10 round bales. I hear POP, see the driveshaft fly across the highway. Of course it cracked the tcase 🤦. Found a case on EBay, swapped the parts and went again 👍
