SQLx 에서 query_as! 매크로를 쓸 때에는 FromRow trait 구현이 필요 없지만 query_as 함수를 쓸 때에는 필요하다. 전자에서는 impl From<i32> for T 와 같이 From trait 를 구현하는 다른 타입을 필드로 쓸 수도 있는데, 개인적으로는 TryFrom trait 를 구현하는 걸 쓸 수 있으면 좋겠다.

Rustのsqlxはコンパイル時にSQLが有効か・どんな型が必要かを調べるんですが、俺がAPIのスキーマにだけDBに保存されそうなプロパティを生やしてDBのスキーマに反映しないミスをしたところ、コンパイル時にカラムがなくてコケたことによってClineが気づきマイグレーションを書き出し、さすがに感動

I really like Elixir and would have used it for my IDS project but ran into some weirdness with FFI and my native code backend. So I went with Rust+Axum+Askama+htmx+sqlx for the "frontend" and it's pretty sweet.
