What a joke. @SpiritAirlines downgraded me on TWO FLIGHTS and the best they’ll do to make it right is $30 off of a future flight. What makes you think there will be a future flight when you are providing the worst travel experience I have ever had?

Absolutely horrible guest service by @SpiritAirlines #spiritairlines Time after time again they prove to be an issue and to never be able to resolve anything. I was on a flight to Atlanta and they tried to upsell me and disregard my concerns. Never flying with spirit again!!!

So @SpiritAirlines cancels my flight, says I need to chat to get a refund, so I chat and they respond twice with "My apologies, our servers failed to process your request" then they make me wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to a live person. This should be illegal..

I use to think all the jokes about @SpiritAirlines was just jokes, but after dealing with them these last two days I’ve realized Spirit is really a piece of shit airline. Every step in my flight process has been complete hell to deal with never again will I fly with them‼️

@SpiritAirlines @FAANews you moved my flight 24 hours. I am entitled to a refund. This is the message I have now received 8 times in 2 days, once I hit the 2 hour mark: “We apologize for the extended delay. We are experiencing higher than usual volumes at this time.”

I was forced to book a flight on the ghetto ass @SpiritAirlines and they canceled my reservation. They have no other option to get a refund than to “chat” them (an AI bot). When you chat with them it says it’s a 2.5 hour wait and the servers failed. Amazing!!
