Very bad service from @JioCare. I raised the issue on 4th May but still issue not resolved. You do not have time limit to fix the issue, multiple times I called to customer care but no resolution. My all services are impacted. Landline , brodband, setupbox everyting.

Hi @airtelindia I have taken a new wifi setupbox connection from you under order/request id: 8DHGY6SQ1P on 1st November. This connection has not completely given and setupbox has been provided so we are getting Tv channels service. I have raised multiple requests but no action.
