Outrageous !!! He should come Thurrock & see what they have done to us. They have borrowed £1.5 BILLION, £600+ million hole in this years budget. It will take at least 25 years to pay it back. All services being cut, all assets being sold! 10% Council tax rise #saveyourthameside
