@Simon_Ingari Eexperienced that fact first hand. Called attention to toxic management and instead of addressing it, they ignored it and labeled me the problem. I quit and got a better paying and less stressful job as an upgrade. I won in the end.

@sivori I do this when my kids have activities - make the other attend and either watch patiently or find another kid to play with. Absolutely no screens. We don't allow screens in restaurants or at the dinner table either.

@OrwellNGoode My parents and inlaws are boomers. My parents give zero financial support, spend months abroad and live in a large home. My in-laws help. Paid for a new window we needed, took us on vacation, pay for grandkids to play sports and are at every game. Their support is everything
