Just found the code to my first "sortless" multiplexor for the C64 - the thing that piqued Dave Collier's interest when I first visited Ocean, and ultimately led me to join the company.

Recovered source code for Imagine's C64 conversion of Konami's Typhoon, written by Zach Townsend. This one surprised me as it used my old sortless multiplexor.

Had a spare few minutes so I built a multiplexor that switches between two 4-bit gates. Guess I need to build one that switches between four 16-bit gates now 🥲

Busy working on the multiplexor. Gapping at the moment, but stability comes first, then looking to reduce the gaps down between the rows. Not easy on a C64. Score and invaders can still be moved up more pixels at the top of the screen. #c64vcsinvaders @rwxdesigns #c64reposts
