I haven’t been present for the full meeting, but they haven’t limited debate, and the plan is to let everyone speak. I think the chair’s frustration has come through a few times when addressing those speaking. #ARlegAMA

Unclear. While it only takes 18 votes to extract, there’s a two-day waiting period to vote on an extracted bill, and that clock starts the day after extraction. Suspending that rule to speed up the process would take 24 votes. #ARlegAMA (1/2)
