@LeShuttle i booked a trip for an overnight pressenter and outward times are wrong pretty sure i did it right. I rang up to see if i can change and was told no. So offered to pay and was told if i changed outward journey id have to pay return also. Isthis a scam as cant be right

Never again @LeShuttle… post videos of the condition at your Calais station… not even parking spaces for the cars that are driving around the car park

Eurotunnel @LeShuttle over 7 hour delay (10 hours total spent at terminal), including being stuck parked outside on the tarmac with 5 kids in the car for 4 hours after passport control, limited information and no offer of supplies! You should have handled this better.
