Out of curiosity, I re-ran it but it failed repeatedly on the yarn pkg fetch you mentioned. 🤷‍♂️ The next successful build took exactly 40 seconds longer!

@g_kay_c @mrd0x 1) Yes 2) Yes 3) mimikatz gets detected by av/edr. Could use this to evade detection on the host, then exfiltrate the dump to use mimikatz on the dump somewhere else. You could even do a silent install of visual studio to access the binary if needed.
