A5 Industry can help by adding fibre but they need to add fibre to products which don't promote free sugar intake. Add fibre in savoury ready meals and snacks. The out of home sector could help too by offering more pulses, wholegrains and veg on menus. @AfNutr #FibreFeb

A3: Fibre often gets forgotten as it is not glamorous. We need to talk about fibre. We can look to encourage increased fruit and veg intake, wholegrains and more legumes. We need to encourage good hydration too which is needed for fibre to work. @AfNutr @LovePulses #FibreFeb
