On a Sat AM in #HighPark @TorontoPolice set up SUVs to block the road, force cyclists to stop, threaten them w tickets & mock them for riding loops in a car free park. This kind of mis-enforcement is a huge waste of resources & an indictment of TPS' understanding of vision zero.
