Asplundh acquires Fitzwater Outdoor Maintenance

On a personal note, Duke Energy sent out their tree cutters from ASplundh (ass) (plundh) to cut trees that didn’t need cutting and mess up the yard. Total incompetence. All public companies should be subject to a DOGE review

Seems to me #Asplundh is really good at only one thing: vandalizing and deforming lovely trees so #Pepco‘s ugly wires, which they should have buried long ago, can continue to dangle along our street. Here’s a sample of their work. Might just as well cut the trees down.

We will have contractor crews from Asplundh clearing right-of-way along Hwy 251 between Ring Rd and Battle Training Rd in E’town starting Mon, Jan 27. This is part of the state project to widen 251. We expect the work to take several weeks. Call 270-600-2714 with questions.

Am without power tonight in suburban Minneapolis. Storms last night took down tree branches that took down power lines/poles. Shout out to the @Asplundh_Tree team who are doing their best, now in the dark to remove tree branches so Excel Energy can come right poles/restring
