Continuing our first-week check-ins, we started the day at EBE & saw a ton of smiles with a few Cougars still holding onto their jitters 😉. At MCH, 4th graders found a spot on the carpet to read a book together as a class, practicing a new skill - connecting with their reading

Midweek check-in!. 1st graders at GAE were working on their All About Me books - drawing pictures of the people who make them, them! Next, 2nd graders at PWE were brainstorming nice ways to show their new classroom family they care 📖💚. First-week smiles still going✨ #WCASD

💙 Day 2 and still smiling! At Exton, kindergarteners were making friends & easing first-day jitters with story time 📚 . At Westtown-Thornbury, staff were out making sure every learner found their way with a warm welcome 🌞 Here’s to a great year ahead! ✨ #WCASD

Flashback Friday 📸⏪ to 2008 at GAE! . Students read over 4,000 books in January and raised $5,200 for Heifer International 📖 Each grade joined the month-long read-a-thon, collecting pledges that helped provide animals, food, and resources to families! #WCASDWay

🦅Incoming SMS Falcons got a head start at 6th grade transition camp! . Students toured the school, practiced lockers, played ice breaker games & learned about clubs. Most importantly, they were reminded they’ll have support every step of the way in this exciting new chapter 💚💫
