@BiSubaru Because Subaru doesn’t sell. Male characters that sell are the ones from like big shounen titles such as for example one piece, or jujutsu kaisen. These male protagonist from Isekai or harem shows however usually never sell, as the majority of fans are interested in the girls

@harrisondubay It’s easier to build, demolish or renovate buildings that way, as you don’t have to worry about statics of other buildings. Also regulations are easier that way, plus you a gap between houses prevents stuff like fires or water damage/leaks from speeding to neighbouring buildings
