When you realise that straight sets to failure create more growth than supersets, dropsets, or any other intensifier. Optimal hypertrophy programming isn't meant to be sexy. It's ruthlessly efficient. If you're too ADHD to hang, then that's your loss.

to deal with my ADHD I made this page where I'll be logging everything I do every day after my work ofc so this will have deep learning, low-level programming, system design and leetcode/algorithmic problems stuff I'm interested to see how often I switch between things

Just so everyoneโs aware of whatโs taking so long, The Stalker 2โs development so has been slow because Iโm the only one doing programming work, while I do individual comms for 3D artists/animators to produce content.
