It's been more then a month, raised 8 SR for #VPNissue escalation SR00001YUPCE shoukd hv closed on 21 June. Chased you a month , I can't work on my mobile Hotspot for 9 hous daily. Now don't wnt any engineer to visit. looking for cancellation of this connection and refund back
