@EastEndJoe Because my first job was Dairyman,I’ve drunk milk that hasn’t been pasteurised. But if I’m buying milk, and it’s store bought then Im having pasteurised milk. Drinking unpasteurised milk isn’t any real flex. 🥛Have a good one Joe.

@SamaHoole If you knew someone who has suffered from brucellosis you wouldn’t risk unpasteurised milk, believe me!

I don’t know how to say this any other way: Drinking raw, unpasteurised milk is a horrible idea. - Dr. Paige K. MD

@NebsGoodTakes Whole milk is not 'raw' milk. It's still pasteurised, just not skimmed so full fat, that's all it means being whole. It's obviously not as healthy as skimmed or semi-skimmed due to the higher fat content but it isn't 'bad' for you the way 'raw', unpasteurised milk can be.

@DawnSunrise1 @PeterSweden7 Exactly, that's why I buy raw unpasteurised milk from a farm that's been certified to sell it. It's a bit more expensive but worth it. 😋🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I grew up in the asshole of Bulgaria. Every morning the farmers would milk their cows and I would wake to the the sound of the milk lady coming to my house and pouring it into a pot. SO THAT WE COULD PASTEURISE AND BOIL IT. YOU PEOPLE ARE STUPID UNPASTEURISED MILK IS DANGEROUS

How to spot if your kombucha is authentic: - if the kombucha can form scoby by itself, or the scoby is visible - product is indicated as raw, unpasteurised or mentions names of strains - kombucha is usually refrigerated at all times or most of the times - extremely

@HarrisonPainter @USDA Raw, unpasteurised milk has a tendency to contain things like campylobacter and listeria which, shockingly, has a tendency to kill children so, no, they don't need that.
