Reception children also visited their favourite sycamore tree and looked for changes! Miss Kemp spotted that the buds have started to grow π βοΈπβοΈ #outdoorlearning #forestshools @Trees4Learning @TheTreeCouncil @WoodlandTrust

Well, it might have been grey skies at Arnold Mill primary school but Years 5/6 have been getting ready for the summer. They have been planting future 'Trees for Shade' on the school playing field - creating cool places to sit and relax. Another benefit of trees. @trees4learning

Our jobs can be so much fun π. We spent the day with pupils from Asquith Primary learning about how 'Stone Age' folks might have made use of trees & built their houses. Then we made our own & rain tested our wattle & daub walls & reed thatching. @Trees4Learning #outdoorlearning
