⚙️ The Training Stimulus Curve More work ≠ more gains. Too little = no change. Too much = burnout. The sweet spot? The adaptive zone — stress + recovery in balance. That’s where muscle, strength, and progress live. #FitFactory #TrainingScience #Hypertrophy

Why Polarized training works, but also where exactly. 16 runners, 6 triathletes & 8 cross-country skiers ran during study. 15 cyclists & 3 triathletes cycled during the study. Is this proof that POL works just as well for cyclists? Ref : Stöggl and Sperlich #trainingscience

Fat Burners are so fucking useless. Not only does not this supplement help you burn fat but also it causes metabolic hazards. The most useful constituent of fat burners is caffeine and its sole benefit is to help people fresher. Just being fresher, nothing more. #trainingscience

- No scientific evidence. - Our joints and spine are incredibly tough ➡️ some weights don't matter. - Lifting naturally produces growth hormones good for bone development. - Improper weight lifting techniques ➡️ injuries ➡️ stunt bone growth, not lifting itself #trainingscience

▶️Is it good to just eat plant-based protein? Nope. The absorption of vegetable proteins is very low. Most plant proteins are incomplete proteins which lack essential amino acids unmanufactured by the human body. The shortage of energy for muscular activities. #trainingscience.

Thyroid is a gland responsible for releasing metabolism-affected hormones. Instead of surmising that you're ectomorph or endomorph, let's test your thyroid level to have a personal work-out and recovery-time plan. #Trainingscience

Casein content in cow's milk accounts for 80%. The complete protein encompasses all of essential amino acids. After ingestion of casein-based products, casein forms curds exposed to your in-stomach acids. These curds lengthen digestion and absorption processes. #trainingscience

There's no need of protein right after post-workout. Just don't go much longer than 2 hours before eating a meal. Muscles' elevated sensitivity to protein lasts at least 24 hours post-workout. Let's focus on protein supplies in a full day instead of a sole meal. #trainingscience
