Got inspired by the various dashboard gems of late and made one for SolidQueue so I can better keep track of jobs that are running. (soft) Introducing the modern_queue_dashboard gem

My first SolidQueue job to ask the customer to add a card to their Stripe account, if none's there already. It's sent 2 days before their trial ends. This should be reasonable.
