Time critical medications need to be identified on arrival in ED . Waiting for clinician is too late. @jonny_acheson at #RCEMasc Top message - encourage self administration by patients in ED (they are the experts on their own time critical medications).

The use of body cameras in the ED to reduce staff assault. 96% of patients surveyed before roll out thought it was a good idea. Only 8% didn't after roll out. Staff were less optimistic. Maybe it should be more case by case, I wouldn't wear all the time. #RCEMasc
