as L&D currently focuses on #Learning and #PerformanceSupport #AtThePointOfWork and #InTheFlowOfWork ... who does L&D believe owns the #PointOfWork ? who does L&D believe owns the #OrganizationOfProduction ? (i.e. division of work and labor)

I'm a big fan of #curation & the point @Gdogwise makes is content is great but the ability to use targeted, actionable data must first have the framework of what the issue is at what he calls the #pointofwork. #insights begin with problem & rubric defined.
