To understand and harness plant-microbe interactions we need to untangle them! 🌱 So we use “simplistic” approaches (e.g 1 host plant + 1 bacterial species) and RB-TnSeq to identify genes involved in colonization across species @DeutschbauerLab #PlantMicrobeInteractions2022
