Have you tried creating a mobile app with @boltdotnew?. I just tried it and discovered it uses @NativeScript, which is not something I've used before. NativeScript enables you to do live previews of your app that run directly on your mobile device. I think it's a competitor

@jamonholmgren there's this odd aversion for many years always felt like to native API bindings in RN that seems almost philosophical based on a failed idea that NativeScript and React Native compete. Meaning many ignore great things out there, like work @birch_js has done for years. In.
