The problem with a lot of cross platform approaches is they choose to add an extra decision layer above the decision the platform already made: public APIs. This is trumpeted as “saving you”. From what?. Such 2nd layer decisions are often off by a few chromosomes and result in.

Liquid Glass icons are really gorgeous reflecting light with tilts of the device. With @NativeScript you can use Icon Composer to export an AppIcon.icon file. Place in App_Resources/iOS and your app will just use it, simple!

Had some spare time this morning and took @expo SDK54's new native tabs in expo-router for a spin. The API feels great, and having native tabs (plus JS and custom tabs) built right in is such a benefit! . Native tabs is a big piece of the puzzle, and now with all these options
