@MartinSLewis Great effort. My 1 RM is somewhere between 90KG and 95KG. Gaining about 1KG every week- previously stuck around 80KG. Total game changer for me was getting a programme @MathiasMethod, benching twice a week and reading a lot about benching from @joshstrength and @WESTSIDEBARBELL
