Ladan Jama, co-chair of REACH, is passionate about black and minority ethnic issues, acting as a champion to represent staff and ensure equality and diversity is recognised, prioritised and acted upon. #MakingWorkBetter

The Disability & Wellness Network (DAWN) aims to be a collective voice for staff with disabilities and long-term health conditions. James Ratcliff is the Co-Chair of DAWN, who works with colleagues to make progress on improvements to disability issues. #MakingWorkBetter
