@PaulASAP @HumberCommunity @BerniceCBC many factors: distracted driver water in ruts slushy snow build up agrressive speed moose/caribou lack of appropreate tires lack of proper maintenance this year, we have come across fatality/collision/dept from road on a weekly basis (and more) with our work.
