When we serve 3 snacks together, it's called Tuesday Training Tapas!!! This week we start with 30 sec of butt kicks, side leg raises (abduction) 10x/side, and shoulder raises with soup cans for 30 sec. Rest, rinse, repeat 2-3x. Get on it! #healthy #cancersurvivor #exercisesnack
