@5chandravanshi Puranas hold that view, but as per Yaska's Nirukta Pratipa's son was Rstiasena. That's why in vedic texts as well Devapi elder brother of Santanu called as Devapi Arstisena. Puranas probably forgot him.

FYI ppl, Devapi mentioned here is elder brother of Maharaj Shantanu and eldest uncle of Gangaputra Bhishma due to leprosy Devapi couldn't succeed Hastinapur thorne and retired to forest and was ascetic, his younger sibling Shantanu succeeded and appointed him as priest later.
