@DeliveryDx why do your drivers lie? Waited in all day for a delivery, he was 15 minutes away and I have received an email saying he ‘missed me’, the only reason he ‘missed me’ is because he never actually came here. Appalling customer service.

@DeliveryDx No. I’ve had a short and sweet one-liner from your customer service team saying it’s not on your system but I’m now told by retailer that you (DX) have a fault with your system which is why my order shows, then doesn’t, then does (mainly doesn’t). Will DM you.

Utter garabage service from @DeliveryDx I send 100,000+ items a year. Tried your service for the first time, no collection, lying driver, no C/S just a shitty chatbot that doesn't do anything. Off our list of approved courier companies. Crap service won't use you ever again.

@uk_trish @DeliveryDx @Argos_Online @Trustpilot Same here, ordered on 27th November, had text saying out for delivery followed by a “we’ve cancelled delivery” text a minute later, happened second time on redelivery date, apparently the delivery truck “broke down” twice now a week apart? 🙄
