Every time I try to contact @FitbitSupport, they end up being less helpful than @GeekSquad. And I once got a laptop returned to me broken. #IShouldHaveGottenAnAppleWatch #theydontreplacedefectivedevices #eventhoughithasntworkedinmonths #defectivefitbit

Sunny 17C. Once again my Fitbit shut off on me during my run without me touching it so it must be defective. Actual distance was 18.6 km in about 1 hour 37 minutes. Did 6 loops that I know to be 3.1 km per loop. #run #fitbit #defectivefitbit #garmin #strava #nike #alphafly

@Fitbit life without is kinda nice...I am still looking for an alternative. #defectivefitbit is taking way tooo long to replace it and i still have weeks to go. If I had known this...I should have just returned it.

@FitbitSupport #24897192 sync issues - my tracker has not synced for more than 2 weeks now and it has not synced consistently for over 2 months now. I am #fedup of lack of help from #fitbit #TriedEverything
