@__drewface One more thing: You might like the book Coders At Work, a series of interviews with 15 “all-time great programmers and computer scientists.” It’s been a while since I read the book, but I remember enjoying it.

Finished listening to #CodersAtWork again (3rd time). 😭. It's so good. I particularly like the interviews with Donald Knuth, Joe Armstrong, and, I think, Ken Thompson.

@LudditeDesign jwz has disavowed a lot of his previous dickish behavior. The book is interviews with well-known coders about how they got into coding, how they think about things like testing, management, etc. idk, catnip to me, but I'm not selling it well.

I guess today and yesterday I listened to chapters 4+5, #Dasgupta's #2ndAgeofCS. I never realized I was in ch5, tho. Chapter 4 was on computer architecture; 5 is on #Parallelism (#concurrency). Now finishing up listening #CodersAtWork interview w Simon Peyton Jones, #Haskell.

Finished listening to the #CodersAtWork interview with Fran Allen, who worked with #IBM on #compilers and started her career by teaching #Fortran. Listened a good amount more to #GoLang content (1+2hr) from earlier chapters of #100MistakesinGo and #GoInAction.
