anyone experienced with postgres/ cloudsql know why some tables lock up randomly? suspected issue is untimely vacuum job but not sure... any help is appreciated 🙏

Tried to create a GCP CloudSQL instance with Postgres 16. It took 6 minutes. An empty one, not from a snapshot.

Cloud no be for poor man truly. See $50/month db on cloudsql. I never even start to use it at all, it just got created a few seconds again
