Excited to share our cCRISPR story @CellRepor. We purified 23 orthologs of Cas12a, combinatorially tested their tolerability with their canonical & non-canonical crRNAs and harnessed them for gene editing & diagnostics. Congrats to the team @UF @UFLChE .
