@angelsflight_ I'm sorry to hear this Emma. SSE Energy Services (the part of the SSE Group that supplied energy) became part of the OVO family in January 2020. Since then we've been in the process of moving all SSE customers over to the OVO systems. I have raised this as feedback. ^Shads (1/2)
