I can’t belive that AngelScript is already 20 years old! Time really flies. I remember that I had a pleasure to contribute to this project between 2011 and 2013 just after we finished working on @TwoWorldsII at @Reality_Pump. #gamedev

You might have heard about #AngelScript, which is the best BP replacement for scripting with #UnrealEngine .I’ve been working on a simple multiplayer session plugin for use with #angelscript, might be useful for others :).

As someone actively building a game in UE5, I’m excited for all the incoming improvements Epic showed off. Love this engine. Special shout out to @HazelightGames too for publicly maintaining Angelscript, an incredible scripting language that works great for multiplayer as well.

@pighead10 We've explored a little with AngelScript to see if can overcome the limitations of Blueprint, while utilising the pros of scripting. I know it's used quite a bit, but we had to park it a little due to our mobile requirements.
