I love reading AdvancedRunning subreddit. The one I recently read was a 16:04 5k guy introducing Prefontaine’s suicide pace to a beginner 🤣

***Update*** I’m now also permanently banned from r/AdvancedRunning! 😂🤣 I haven’t posted on there since they deleted my post two days ago. They banned me purely because one of the mods saw my post from yesterday on here about how r/running banned me. Truly unreal.

Something about various subreddits is the ingrained culture that exists there. Someone engaging the sub relatively infrequently can run into unknown faux pas. I'm looking at you r/AdvancedRunning.

"Četl jsem běžecké časopisy v 90s, co je dneska jinak?" thread. "compared to the 1990s per-hour carb intake has almost doubled in the pro peloton" - naučili jsme se včas pít a doplňovat za běhu sacharidy. A dynamický stretching místo statického. https://t.co/e7rO5bh4c0
