I atleast filed the service request with the team by persisting. My senior citizen parents at one point even agreed to pay for the router replacement.. but that's pure extortion because they don't have the energy to call again and again at get these matters resolved

It took us 7 calls to the toll free number, repeating the same complaint again and again to finally get a service request raised. And now it will take another 24 hours for the service engineer to visit and help resolve the issue.

This year again when we reached out for some issue to the local guys who installed our router last year he has said that you need to change the router again. All of this is obviously at a cost. When we denied he said call jio service guys

Customer service processes are being designed to be most customer unfriendly so that customers don't complain... Had the worst possible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare at Nagpur... My parents have already been made to change routers 2twice in 2 years

So now we come back to the initial question... Windows 11 without the touch screen or windows 10 with the touch screen? @Lencare_In @lenovo @Microsoft @WindowsInd may be any of you can help...

I am not a tech expert but it is definitely unpalatable to be on how a company like Lenovo cannot provide updates for a system which still is under warranty... Anyway after a lot of coaxing on the same got a 1 liner from the support agent saying please install windows 10

After lot of discussion on why it is not working, he finally said that the initial version of windows 11 was supported on the existing hardware drivers. Windows 11 has undergone a lot of updates but Lenovo is not able to provide updated hardware drivers for all its machines.

After providing remote access to my system... He checks everything and then in the end says ..."Ma'am You need to reinstall Windows 10 on your system if you need to use the touch screen." I was zapped.. I had been using the touch screen post the update to windows 11

Have tried updating the drivers and everything in the system says it is working perfectly fine . After days of trying to get in touch with Lenovo support finally today I managed to speak to a nice service agent from Lenovo customer support..

Windows 11 or Windows 10? Is the question I need to evaluate after using the new system for some time now... Reason Lenovo hardware doesn't support windows 11... Have been facing issues with touch screen and microphone of my laptop for some time...
