Delighted to have collaborated with the fantastic team @Eating_Better for the third year in a row. This time looking at changes in vegetarian/plant-based & meat-based sandwich ranges since 2019. As always, they communicate the data brilliantly, both in tweets & full report.

A truly wonderful, eye opening and thought provoking exhibition (which I think finishes this week). Absolutely loved it.
Just had a couple of hours with #BridgetRiley @haywardgallery some beautiful , some calming , all challenging . I prefer the 80’s & 90’s stripes and curves in colour to the B&W 60’s Op Art classics and decoding the patterns to find the maths puts me in a healthy mental space
