A way to resolve it would be to have the packages owned by the org via a command, like how scoped packages are.

Did you know that the original author of an npm package can't lose their access when it's moved into an organisation? even when they leave the organisation. That's because you're just giving the org access, you're not transferring ownership. @npmjs really should fix that
