#ccgeeks I seem to be stuck on 6.7 L even though my spends have been more than 1.5L a months.. not sure if its categories that Axis is not giving rewards for or something else, ideally that should not be the case

#ccgeeks Quick question Axis bank credit card gurus. On rewards and benefit section on Axis app. It says x more to meet 7.5L spends. does this amount update with every bill or payment or some other logic ?

@HomeLoansByHDFC the agent who provided the loan said he will get it done but nothing in 2 months... @HDFC_Bank RM doesnt know anything about everything.. only get a email saying she tried to reach me but never ACTUALLY ever get a call from her number which i have saved !!

terrible experience buying with @Wellbi_in ... received 2 out of 3 t shirts ordered.. sizes are too big even though i went off of their size chart...tried exchanging, only exchanges one product at a time, then logged me out, had to re log in,

In the last few days have had to reach out to email and phone support at Axis bank, hdfc bank and Air India. All 3 experiences have been painful. Even in 2025 when we pay 1st world prices for everything but customer services in our country are still as bad as they ever were.
