So @metrolosangeles I just gave up. Staff lying. Signs and notifications lying or not functioning. Trains running the opposite direction on the track I am waiting 4. This is chaos. Disorganized mess. Yall lost control of ur system. Making me & others miss appointments #metrosux.

Boy @metrolosangeles is really confused. notifications are off . trains running late, have to switch tracks, metro ambassadors telling passengers when a train is supposed to come and the train doesn’t. complete chaos. PA announcer is garbled and sound drunk. #chaos.
