Ok. The bus, which finally arrived, has now diverted and then got stuck in traffic. No announcements about what is going on. The communication and information here has been really substandard.

To add to that the tracker suggested that there should have been a bus at 12.32. Didn't show. Why are both the bus stop and the tracker wrong?.
