Definitely. As an RNID 🇮🇪 = RNLD, it's so important for other nurses to understand our crucial role in provision of often complex healthcare for pple with ID. RNIDs provide care in community homes/schools/preschools etc but still nurse very complex conditions. #allnursingfamily
